Mosman

This federation home underwent a stunning transformation to become a luxuriously modern home accommodating a growing family.

The building challenge was to build features that were sensitive to the federation style using contemporary materials and current building practices. This required bespoke carpentry and cabinetry as well as new ceilings to match the original timber inlay features. A French provincial style kitchen was incorporated using travertine stone in a traditional pattern.

The result is an elegant renovation that feels contemporary with its use of Carerra marble, bi-fold doors and recessed lighting which gives a nod to the traditional origins of the property.
